Improve my portfolio. That's really not a bucket list thing though. It's all I want to do.

I'm following this procedure this year. Although I was already doing it last month. Like the 48 law quote say "Absence increase honor & respect" too much appearance decreases the value

    1. Graduate from college in the summer.

    2. Take a weekend trip to various cities in my surroundings at least once a month then take big vacation spots on week vacations.

    3. Still remain a gym rat & workout 3-4 days per week as usual

    4. Get back into playing basketball at least once on a monthly basis, starting next Thursday. (Fulltime in school is going to hide me until June).

    5. Move out of Chattanooga to a big city after graduation. It might be Dallas. Dallas showed major love to the trill dog #BigCityDreams#

    6. Finish cleaning the rest of my little debt off (orthodontist & related bills)

    7. Push my money into an investment this summer. May invest into real estate for starters & build from there.

    8. Get into some personal trained boxing classes (during the end of the semester, of course)

    9. Attend church service more.

    10. Finish building for financial freedom.

Everything that pertains to developing the quality of life then I am all about.

Something thats been on my bucket list all my life coming true in early 2017.

Buying my parents a house. They have no idea. My parents been broke all they life, they made enough to make sure they children had everything, but they had nothing.

I already made the offer on the house right before new years. A foreclosed joint with mad potential. Gonna need some work, ima set that up too.

? gonna be mad dope cause its on my moms way to work. She gonna see the house under construction getting fixed and have no idea.

Ima be broke, minus my investments and retirement money, but broke in the sense that all my cash on hand gonna be spent.

Goal in 2017 gonna be to make all that cash back.

I bought my moms a car in 2016. It was a base model Nissan Sentra. First time either one of my parents have a brand new car. You cant tell her that her 2016 Nissan Sentra cant compare to Benz. She takes care of the car like it cost 100k. That joint clean as hell.
