Yea IB's opening scene is awesome. At first I was like this sh*t is sooo slow, but when you find out what's actually going on underneath the floorboards it's just like wow....Christoph Waltz is amazing.

Se7en - The scene where John Doe walks into the police station. Detectiiiiiiiive!
Silence of the Lambs - . Dr. Lecter attacking his two guards. / Clarice seeing the moth landing on spools of yarn, and simultaneously realizing she's in the house of Buffalo Bill
Nightmare on Elm Street - Death of Tina
T2 - Sarah Connor almost killing the T-1000 right before she runs out of shells
Misery - Hobbling Scene
The Departed - Rooftop scene where Billy tells Capt. Queenan he was followed.
The Ring- Samara coming out of the TV

ending of scarface

Training Day when Alonzo killed Roger and revealed how he was gonna frame Jake.

Legend of the Drunken Master when Jackie Chan finally decided to do drunken boxing for his stepmother.

the Ending of Saw when everything falls into place and show that Jigsaw was alive the entire time.
