    I would have to agree.

    Im a die hard Lakers and admittedly a big Kobe fan and Ill tell you one thing....I DO NOT want to see Russell Westbrook in the playoffs. Im not saying he is the best (top 5 though) but if I needed a pg, Im taking him.

    Can score as well as any pg in the league
    Can take on bigger players at his position and even at sg at times
    One of the quickest first steps in the league

    The guy is sick. He better be in the all star game.

    If he doesn't make the ASG he will go off the next time the Thunder play the Spurs but I think Popovich will give Ginobili and other vets in the West a nod before he shows Westbrook any love. ASG is all politics a lot guys getting snubbed.

    Popovich wont be picking all the bench players... all the coaches vote on them...

    I always thought the conference coach along with his coaching staff and anonymous ballots from other coaches determined the reserves?

    yeah the west coaches pick the west reserves and the East goes the same way... the Head Coach for the All Star squad can decide who to start if someone is injured tho...

    D-Will is the best Pg in the league. Dude can shoot, get to the basket, post up, rebound and dish, and he's quick wit the ball. Westbrook is dope, but I would rank him behind Rondo though.

    And you could make arguments for any of them honestly. But for what I like from a pg, I would pick Westbrook

    Cp3 imo is the most special of the three , but he is small and bigger pg's can abuse him *cough* Deron Williams, Billups, Westbrook, etc

    Dwill is nice and probably the best of them imo but he lacks the explosiveness that Westbrook has. Not a detriment to him....just the truth....

    And Rose is a MVP candidate this year but his jumpshot is still a little iffy to me. Westbrook's shot isn't the greatest but he picks his spots pretty well, and when he catches fire....he catches FIRE. Plus I wonder how well Rose can play off the ball.

    Westbrook although I would say isn't quite as good as the three you mentioned has a better combination of the skills each of these players lack. And he can play off the ball very well, something some pg's have trouble doing because they are so used to having the all in their hands.

    Just my personal preference for what I like in a pg.

    The Allstar game is all about flashiness and entertainment....Westbrook is one of the most exciting players in the NBA today...they will be foolish to not vote him in
