Why do ? say this? I felt this needed its own thread. 50 is now known for melodic hooks, even when he first came out on mixtapes he would harmonize(which is different than attempting to actually sing and hit notes). So why do people run with this idea that 50 was doing the exact same thing that JA rule was doing. Its dumb and innacurate for ? to keep saying this.

It seems like the same thing. Ja's vocal intonation was just stronger and he added a little more emotion into his harmonizing.

I honestly thinks its one of those things people heard and just ran with. There's a difference between making songs aimed at females and "Singin for hos" when u sound like the cookie monster.
I gave examples. Nobody showed me Curtis singin his ass off like Ja yet. Mezmorize was horrible -

These ? aint provide examples yet. I got the ? whole catalogue and I can honestly say the only songs I heard him "sing" on was "i'll do anything" and London Girl off War angel. Other than that ? falling for the okey doke out chea -

You keep missing the point. 50 has always sung. It doesn't matter if Ja Rule put more effort into it than 50. The problem is that 50 and crew tried to clown Ja for something that 50 himself was doing.

dawg...he sang the chorus in "Window Shopper"...but if u wanna call that "harmonizing"..fine, whatver, that ? is on the line of singing anyway and he did it repeatedly...maybe he didn't go all the way out with it like Ja did in those songs, but the ? still didnt have that much room to really talk.
