    I had seen once upon a time some pictures with this name attached to it, and it seemed like some dodgy photoshop job.. think was a pic allegedly taken in some third world country and this guy was in the background standing there amongst them... in Nairobi... I have heard positive stories on it.. and negative as to who this guy is if he do even exist... this site has one of a few pics that I had seen

    One site I just visited said the following

    "Maitreya the World Teacher (a.k.a. The Christ) - As he allegedly appeared in Kenya in 1988.     So who knows, HE EITHER THE CHRIST THE ANTI CHRIST OR DOESNT EXIST.
