if ? has a plan how can there be free will?

    u in the image of ? . thought precedes substance= something from nothing = immaculate conception. free will is essential to any plan anybody would make. YHWH means "is/ was/ will be". in that image is the collective consciousness. in a multi-verse of infinite possibility; freewill is mandatory. why?because the plan of what people call ? is CONSTANT CHANGE.
