...Exactly. That's my favorite, as well--I still play it like it just came out. You don't even need to say why it's your favorite, 'cause ey'body know how ill that game is.

However, I still don't get how people prefer Vice City over San Andreas (Well, besides the racist non-black gamers who had a hissy fit because they had to play as a black character) besides the Soundtrack and the Setting [I guess]) when SA is clearly the more fun and altogether better game, but...whatever, I guess...

Vice City soundtrack & setting was too sick, SA still the best though

They probably wont ever top those 2 games

...Maybe not, but Vice City's Soundtrack was topped...By Vice City Stories' Soundtrack--That Soundtrack is a PROBLEM (Especially the Hip-Hop/Electro Station). The game...Not so much.

TBOGT''s Soundtrack is pretty good, too, especially the Vice City FM Station and the 'new' Electrochoc...

I liked Vice City when it dropped the best cause the 80s ? was where it was at but I went to replay it recently and damn the gameplay is wack as ? now.

It's a strong tie between Vice City and San Andraes. Tommy Verceti was a maniac, but CJ had ? .
I think GTA 3 is better than 4, only cuz GTA4 doesn't have the same feel that I loved from the PS2 days.

Right now I'm playing GTA 4 and I can't decide whether or not to take this deal with Dimitri. Either way, one of my close friends are gonna get killed. GTA4 make you think about choice.

The soundtrack was good, but the story was good too. Plus, I grew up watching Miami Vice, Magnum P.I., SWAT etc., so it really appealed to me.

...I co-sign Vice City's setting and Soundtrack being ill, but gameplay-wise, San Andreas ? on it.

    ...Here's a hint--DON'T take it.

I loved 4 the most. I never got into San Andreas, I only got about an 1/8 of the way into the plot, but the atmosphere of 4, Niko was a very defined character. Even the annoying chicks you dated, he told them hoes they were stupid all the time and still got the ? . Like someone else said, it was a very mature game, with a lot of examination of the american dream in the empire state. The sound track was fire too, Getaway Driver, Anybody Can Get It, Fela Kuti... a lot of those techno/electronica tracks were bumping when you were handling our biz in the game.

Why do people say GTA 4 was a step back from its predecessor?

...Because they wanted the game to be more like San Andreas and Vice City in terms of all the Minigames/Side Missions you could do in those games.

Speaking of the Soundtrack, I remember somebody on here saying it was wack. I had to laugh at that one...

vice city had the best storyline tho

    How?

Because they ripped off of Scarface so bad that a Scarface game was made 4 years later?
    The original was amazing.

Vice City stories on the PSP is a slept on title.

...Gameplay-wise, the game wasn't very good (Especially the Targeting), but the Soundtrack is slept on like a ? ...
