Personally Whats Goin on is my favorite record and ? Is Love is my favorite song. The album is timeless, poignant, powerful, soulful and had wonderful themes. I like how Gaye depicted the problems plaguing BLACK America at that particular time-Urban decay, unemployment, police brutality, vietnam war etc.......I first listened to the album 8 years back and i cant name 3 albums better in music history. Gaye's musical achievements will never be matched let alone surpassed
