    You said wrasslin or wrestling?

off the top of my head

if you base it heavily on in ring
    1. Bret Hart
    2. Chris Benoit
    3. HBK
    4. RVD
    5. Brian Pillman

    if you base on charisma
    1. Stone Cold
    2. The Rock
    3. Goldberg
    4. Warrior
    5. Macho Man

if you based it on personal underrated
    1. DDP
    2. Jerry lynn
    3. Mike Modest (never made it past the indies)
    4. Vampiro
    5. Low Ki

then those guys whose careers ended b4 their primes..
    1. Monty Brown
    2. Muhammed Hassan

I mean I can never make a definite list anyhow.. cuz I still love guys like Owen, Kurt, Eddie and placing them in spots would do them a great injustice.\

hell i still think guys like Aj Styles... well Aj Styles is one of the best of all time.

Van Dam, Kurt Angle, Brett Hart & Shawn Michaels are probably the best "in ring" performers.

Hogan, The Rock, Flair, Stone Cold & Jericho are probably the best when it comes to "charisma & crowd reaction".
