my town is Leesville otherwise known as the Ville down in central Louisiana...country boi

You can come get the best food at the bottom of the map and meet some of the sexiest Creole (Lake Charles) women u ever seen, you can go to Shreveport, Baton Rouge, and NO if you wanna get ya head bust.

Home to the XLIV Champions, and them LSU Tigers otherwise known as them Bayou Bengals (SEC all day).

Unfortunately we're home to the DC sniper amongst other wackos.

    Not likely.We don't ? tourist like that.

Of course I can't leave out Mardi Gras. Eventually most of you will make a trip at least once in your life.

I'm the fwd authority on all things Southern...ask and answer

Come on bruh it aint like that down here.

    (Common - Chi City)

    Chicago...The Second City

Negative Things Chicago Is Known For:
-Being one of the worst cities to live in currently thanks to poor politics, ineffective leadership at all levels of city government, lack of jobs unless you're super plugged into the unique nepotistic ? .
-Being one of the worst places in the nation for children 8-17 regardless of ethnic background
-Being the most segregated city of the largest cities in the nation
    -Exporting mobsters/gangsters
    -Unnecessary High Taxes
-Most stressed city in the nation
    -The 1968 Democratic National Convention
-Gave the world Jesse Jackson (unfortunately, b/c he's a ? opportunist)
    -Cold Temperatures

Positive Things Chicago is Known For:
-Own style of Blues called Chicago Blues (shoutout to Muddy, Buddy, et.al)
-Own style of jazz music named Chicago Jazz
    -Deep Dish Pizza
-Architectural History and Development (Chicago Fire made it a playground for architects and other historic events; influenced the world architecturally...you can even the see the influence as far as Shinjuku, Japan)
    -Downtown Chicago
-Own style of music based on jazz, funk, and soul called House Music (which is DIFFERENT from Detroit Techno, Techno, Electronica, etc.)
-Until Mayor Daley tried to make us like New York, we were known for our uniqueness in everything and following everything to the beat of our own drum
-We gave the world Fred Hampton Sr. (even though it would be the same city that killed him)
    -Nice summers temperature wise
-Festival Season (including the Jazz Festival, African Festival of the Arts, Taste of Chicago, Blues Festival, Manifest which birthed Looptopia, which takes place in the summer)
-Decent music acts (Earth, Wind and Fire is from here, the ? Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Common Sense, Psychodrama)
-Social Work (Jane Addams and the Hull House)
-The Hotel District (including Hotel Drake, Hotel 71, etc.)
Edit: How could I forget about Bronzeville and 35th Street and the variety of college districts we have here in relatively nice areas?

Plenty more, but I'll probably update
What he(^^^^)said. And add the first ever Heisman Trophy winner( Jay Berwanger, University of Chicago)
