The early 90's was a great time for Hip Hop music, emcees were at their pinnacle and in the forefront was a young legend hailing from Queens by the name of Nas. With already 2 albums under his belt "Illmatic" and "It Was Written", his third album "I AM" came on the verge off the bling era. Though this album was not heralded as one of Nas more epic creations, it still was a significant album being a turning point in the career of Nas. Take a listen as DJ/Producer Vakashi Sensei out of Philadeladelphia reworks the tracks off of "I AM" to give it new life and another perspective.
