Yes ^^.
The more I do, the more of a resistance my body creates for those things and the more I can push myself further. -

that's what I'm saying. What kind of question is this? Well, the answers have already been said. -
Working out changes my whole attitude I feel better and look better then the person who dosent. It gives me a extra boost to my day gives me a place to work out my frustration and stress.

It doesn't make me more 'attractive'. Push-ups/crunches/squats are the cause of my unsightly stretch marks and no muscles to compensate.
Exercise helps with mood (it increases endorphins and serotonin as well, I think) and can lessen depression and other mental health problems, it sharpens your cognitive abilities (since the brain is a physical ? like any other, what's good for your liver or your heart will probably be good for your brain and vice versa), it helps delay aging, it helps prevent cancer etc. -

I started working out when I was a sophmore in h/s b/c I hated being skinny
Then it was because of sports
Then I became a work-out addict and here I am today
Does it stroke my ego when females talk about my abs and muscles?
? right it does
But they not the main reason why I do it -
Well, working out obviously improves one's health.
Lowers blood pressure, relieves stress, protects from heart disease, among other benefits -
I started to do it as a stress reliever. You don't know how good it feels to have ? just fly off you when you're lifting.
Lately, since I've actually seen results (loss some pant sizes, gained some muscle mass), I've stepped it up. It still is a pretty good alternative to handle stress, but the feeling I get after a hard-as-? lifting session followed by a nice hot shower is calming ? most days. -
I never have the same energy and stamina that I get from working out. If I take a break I get tired and my mood isn't as good.
-
i do it for my health. the added benefit is being able to beat ? up properly
