    looks pretty good, need to see more since they basically have another studio helping with it, not sure how much it will change the game, but its looking good

    im call of duty all the way. no more socom for me. they dropped the ball when the game went to the ps3.

    Michael McWhertor — Infinity Ward, the studio behind Call of Duty and Modern Warfare, is leaving its previously used game engine technology behind for Modern Warfare 3. Will that put an end to cracks about the developer using Quake III Arena-era tech?

    While those digs against Infinity Ward may have been unfair and inaccurate—its in-house IW Engine has been regularly updated and refined over the years—the next Call of Duty game appears to leave its id Tech 3 legacy behind.

    "We haven't gone into detail on the engine yet but we've moved beyond the [Modern Warfare 2] engine and added a lot of cool stuff for [Modern Warfare 3]," writes Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling on Twitter.

    cause i remember the talks about the people who made mondern warfare 2, wasn't gonna make black ops
    and it definitely seemed like it cause Black ops graphics was trash

    It's a new team altogether. The people that made WAW made BO's (Treyarch) and Infinity Ward made MW and MW2. Most of Infinity Ward's staff left and they have put together a new team.

    Amazon.com has announced that pre-orders for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 are on track to be 4x higher than Black Ops.

    The news comes after the amount of first week pre-orders for Modern Warfare 3 on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 managed to be four times more than the first week pre-orders of Black Ops.

    Modern warfare 3 will launch on November 8th worldwide and will feature countries such as America, England Germany and France in game.

    IW doesn't do zombies, that's Treyarch only.....or did I miss something?
