How many people are rockin watches on a regular basis? I know some people consider themselves watch people and others have never worn one before in their life. Me personally I always have a watch on, its the only piece of jewelery I wear.
If you are rockin them what brand, style do you prefer?
I have an all silver Burberry and an all black Burberry. A D&G with black leather band and an Armani jumpoff with a white rubber band.

I've always preferred watches over chains. I even read Watch magazines.

Fossil and Diesel stainless steel watches. I'm trying to step up to the big leagues though. A real good watch ain't found in a mall. I always wanted a tourbillon watch. -
i want one iced out wit a leather strap when i get my money right

Yeah I really have been wanting to step into the big leagues and get a really really nice watch. The Burberrys I have were fairly expensive but they're still considered pretty cheap in the big scheme of things. I've had a few Movados back in the day, they're pretty sick. The Tungston ones are real nice.

I used to be on Mavado heavy, but it turns out those watches are overrated. Glad I never bought one.

I have always loved this watch since the first time i saw it. I have a Burberry thats pretty simliar so it doesnt make sense to buy it. I've seen it with black diamonds, typically I would never want anything with diamonds but that ? is ? sick. -
Is a $400 watch considered big league?

No. Big leagues start at $1000 By the way, avoid a Rolex. The mall is not the spot to get a good high end watch. Avoid Movado also. -

It's all relative. To the average person I would say yeah a $400 is more than most people have for sure. The most expensive watch I've ever owned was a little over a grand, which to some yuppie is nothing. -

My pops bought me a $400 watch as a graduation present. -

$400 can get you a quality watch, but it's not the "big league". -
Some good magazines to get your feet wet in the watch game:
The Watch Collector (From the publishers of The Robb Report)
iW (International Watch
Watch Journal
You can find this mags in PDF format for free if you know where to look.

You should never pay full retail price for a big league watch. You go to PrestigeTime.com for that.

I have a tag heuer, it's pretty nice, stainless steel strap and a white face to it... but I've had it since I was 18 and the battery ran out about a year back, I need to get it replaced.

Watches are cool, but these days with having a phone I don't really need one. Without the need for its intended function it's just another piece of jewelry, and as I've explained to you fellas before, jewelry is for chicks.
