    most of the time the DLC is already on the disk but these greedy ? still charge for it.

    Yeah, I think so. They should give you a special code that you put in when the DLC hits and you get it for free. Not all DLC's though, maybe just one pack.

    yeah, 5 bucks for a costume pack for street fighter 4 is ? up. ? should be like a dollar, then maybe i would get some of them.

    Hell no they shouldn't include it, those collectors packs are rarely worth the extra cost. You're suckers for buying a collectors packs that only includes an extra booklet and a soundtrack. DLC is the biggest crime against gamers since the days of 10 different consoles being out in the 80's. Dev's can withold content just to charge you later, Capcom is #1 when it comes to that - Street Fighter 4 costumes, Resident Evil 5 online modes, its all ? .
