he still get plenty of time to get more. This only his 14th season coaching i think. It took other coaches like roy williams and jim beihein more than 20 yeasrs to win it all

Hell nah, Boehim's teams constantly underachieves

Izzo is better......look at the discrepancy in final fours alone

Boehim's syracuse team wasnt even top10 comin intothe season, and they woundup with a #1 seed.....and, Boehim was the USA coach...not Izzo....Izzo is a better post season coach though, i wouldnt even argue that

There are plenty of college basketball coaches better than Izzo?
You make it sound like the guy isn't top 5 or something.

i mean he is...but im just saying...u can make arguments and cases against him too...there are a few coaches that people consider great in college bball...so he may be in some peoples top 5 and might not be in others...coach K and roy williams are better...jim bohiem is great Tubby Smith is up there Rick Barnes Gary Williams Calipari Pitino Bo Ryan Calhoun Bill Self Howland Billy Donovan Mark Few...all these guys u could make a case for being a top 5 college bball coach and u wouldnt be wrong...but saying Izzo is THE best...is absolutely wrong!!!

Roy Wilimas had the best talent in all of college basketball when he had those 2 championships, anybody could win with that team. Beihien teams always fall short in the tourney except for the 03 team. Calipari gets the best players but his teams never practice FT's and every year that hurts his team. If the team cant make FT's how about you practice them. If Izzo wanted to get the best one and done players he would have multiple championships.

It's not like he doesnt recruit either. Kalin Lucas was the 3rd best pint guard in the nation coming out of high school. Durrell Summers was a nationally top 30 recruit. Luscious was like the 5th best point guard in his class. Delvon ROe was a top 10 recruit until the microfracture surgery he suffered his senior year. Next year they got like the 2nd best center coming to MSU. He bout 6'10 220.

Also theres a rumor that Phil Knight is tryna convince Izzo to go to Oregon and he will give him the biggest ontract in the history of college sports. But that aint happening

and look at Calipari, he arguably had the best talent in the NCAA with Memphis and Kentucky and nothing to show for it, don't act like having talent means you don't have to actually coach.

thats my point, if your team cant shoot FT's in practice put them in situations where if they miss FT's then the whole team has to run or some ? like that to help them ? focus on FT's. Every year, he has players who can run and jump but cant hit a FT and it cost them in the tourney

ummm...sooooo....Roy also had that caliber talent at KU and he still didnt win...dont front like Izzo is winning with straight bums...MSU isnt bball royalty...but they get good and great players consistently...Izzo is great but not the best in the biz right now and honestly i dont even think u can argue it

i guarantee you if izzo had the same players that unc has now. izzo dont play wit bums, i kno that, but roy always has had nba talent even when at kansas and never got it done. the 2 years he won, those teams were loaded
