The most popular female rappers of the 1990s have all suffered throughout the 2000s. Now it's the 2010s and some female rappers haven't released albums since the early 2000s.

All of these women have been in limbo since the mid-2000s and have spent at least the past 4/5 years recording albums that may never see the light of day.

But who has the best shot at releasing an album? And who has the best shot at making the biggest comeback?

Black Roses by Foxy Brown

Last Released Album: "Broken Silence", released in 2001 (10 years ago)
Debuted at #5 selling 123,000 copies in its first week, selling over 630,000 total in the US.

Last Album: Either "Ill Na Na 2: The Fever" or "Brooklyn's Don Diva". "Ill Na Na 2: The Fever" was shelved in 2003 but the 2008 street album "Brooklyn's Don Diva", which was referred to as an officially released album by her label, was confusingly disowned by Brown.

History: "Black Roses" has been in production since late 2004 and has been re-recorded several times under different record labels. According to Foxy Brown, the album will be a double album released late in 2011. Her record label situation is iffy.
