These are 2 different types of Hip Hop music. You can't compare the two.

The same way ? on this site compare
    Pac and Big
    Jay and Wayne
    Nicki Minaj and Lauren Hill
    Rakim and BDK

if different styles cause rappers not to get compare than 50 is the GOAT rapper ever.

Well first off, they don't rap about the same ? . Has Outkast ever made a "Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos" or "My Uzi weighs a Ton" ? Has Public Enemy ever made a "? up, ? out" or a "Slum Beautiful" ? You might like the rapping better from Outkast but that's apples and oranges.

? impact, put that to the side for a second
Are you literally trying to tell me that chuck d is a better rapper than big boi or Andre 3000?
No one, well mrjr is, but other than him no one is denying their impact but they not ? with outkast on no putting rhyming words together ?

Ok, you want to compare 1 emcee to a duo ? Alright, I'll take the bait. How are Outkast lyrically better than Chuck D ? Give me some examples. I have both groups catalog so I hope you put it down !! Honestly, you already lost because 1 held it down for 20 something years and these 2 can't even come back to rip a cd anymore !!
