Is cause of the type of boss ross is vs the type of boss wayne is

Ross the type of boss that knows the common man's struggle. he been at the bottom of the totem pole and had to work for years to get on. he had people try to change his style. he had to patiently wait.

Wayne been put on since day one.


Ross is always tryna give his artists some shine and let them be who they are.

Wayne only seem to let artists get shine when it benefits him.





in the long run,
i think MMG will have more artists drop and more quality music released.

YM will prolly dominate the airwaves a lil longer only because nikki & drake have the pop audience right now. but over time,pop ? fade and real rap remain

    oh word? didnt know that, well damn, so he isnt that much younger than Ross, who I dont have a clue how old he is but I was guessing 35. i think everyone on MMG is fire, but Drake and Nicki them the horses right there, they bigger than Ross.

    One thing i can say about Waynes artist is, they can stand on their own. All them MMG ? are on that old record label business model, one main artist and a bunch of little ? who eats his left over scrap. Ross has to show he can break a artist, and don't say Wale either because Wale been established before ROss ? with him.
