what artist is the best at being able to rap AND sing or a hybird of both in there delivery??
Historically i will say LAURYN HILL. because i believe her flow was good enough to be mentioned in top 12 level MC-ing and her vocals were UP there in the rankings too. Its like Somebody took the flow of NAS in the Illmatic era and mixed with some Keyshia Cole singing skill!!
RIGHT NOW! i say watch out for FRANK OCEAN that ? NOVOCANE is some sick ? he may be the best thing to happen to music industry in a long time. His sound may be the sound of this decade. watch out for dude!
