I'm probably on my own with this, but I honestly reckon Erykah Badu - Nu Amerykah Part 1 was to R&B what My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy was to Hip Hop. It was so sonically out there; so dense, adventurous, progressive and full of ideas, and yet it was also pretty militant and political at the same time, as well as having its emotional and spiritual moments as well. I reckon its completely underrated and honestly one of the best albums from the last decade, all genres.

i really agree with the bold; i'm a little dissapointed to see jagged edge on there, it just seems so different from the rest you mentioned. the others are all on a different level completely, but i respect your opinion.

The album is a RnB album, the others i mentioned are more 'Neo Soul' maybe thats why it seems out place, but quality wise it deserves to be in the list imo.

'Lets Get Married' 'Promise' 'True Man' 'He Can't Love You' 'Healing' nearly every track on there is dope, quintessential Slow Jam Rnb.
