I'd say Ferrari Boyz will appeal more to their general audience than Watch the Throne.

best production ?? Watch the Throne. Southside, Shawty Redd, Lex Luger, and Drumma Boy, and Fatboi came to play on Ferrari Boyz tho.

best on the creative side ?? Watch the Throne is fairly bland. Gotta give it to Ferrari Boyz
Sequel ?? Neither - Jay and Kanye should not do this again unless they can release a good product.
While Gucci and Flocka should continue their solo projects aswell. -

This can't be a serious question.
You could take a tape recorder to the airport bathroom and leave it on record. The resulting collection of sounds will be better music than than the Ferrari Boys album. -
