What's the deal with polygamy?

If you're religious, do you believe your ? condones it or not? I'm not an expert on the issue but IIRC, this was a common practice in ancient times, and today it is shunned (in mainstream America at least). I don't understand why it's considered morally wrong. If all members of a polygamous marriage are consenting adults who truly want to be in such a relationship, where's the harm?

    It's not shunned in America. It is just more hypocritically practiced.

    Many got a little something on the side. some of us have whole different families.
