Looks like your interest rate is about 12% here.
Good credit auto loans around 4% now days
im a first time buyer without much credit history, and im not trying to get a cosigner.
take my advice As a car salesman if youre a 1st time buyer theyre gonna ? you with interest. NH
Unless youre financing a car under 20K and have a down payment of 5k or more you'll be ight
The car is $22k before taxes ans im putting $8k down.
22K taxes are 10-11% depending where you live (which is the bay)
out the door should be around 24200 with 8k down youre looking at 290-300$ a month payments for 72 months and that's with a 8.9 interest rate.
Let me know if im right when you do numbers
I decided to go another route, and buy a car straight cash, i plan on picking up the same vehicle next year though.
What did you end up getting? -
lol I really tried to do numbers with dude lmao
but in the real world sold another car today. -

Haha my record is ? . 2 at fault accidents. 3 tickets, (one for no insurance, and no license). I was riding ? for a good year and a half from early 2011- mid 2012. I'm an insurance agent though I gave myself all the bs discounts. (Married and whatnot) But that 500 is for two cars, deductible is 500 for com/coll, pretty good liability limits 25/50/25, and the uninsured motorists/underinsured coverage 25/50/25. I only pay 280 though my brother has the other car on the policy and he pays the rest. Lol
29,000 gs, traded in two cars, plus four thousand down. -
29Gs?
you shouldve coped a Dodge Durango.
That Rav4 came with a Toyota Care service for a reason

My philosophy is a cars' life span depends on the person who takes care of it. Before this car I had a 1999 Honda that already had 150,000 miles on it. ? never gave me trouble. Lol rocked with it for five years.
What dealership you work for? Or is it a used car place?? Lolol

Advice for anyone copping a car, tell them you are paying cash and switch it up last minute and get it at that price when you go to finance it.

No lie in the beginning of the month got a phone call from a customer who wanted to buy a used charger ironically it was my old one. He said he was a cash buyer and I had to work the deal over the phone he threatend to go to Sacramento cause I wouldn't budge on the price. He came in asking for me the car was 18,500 plus fees we gave him the car for 19,500 after he went into finance signed the papers he was one signature away when the finance guy asked how he was paying this ? ? handed him a pre approval. Lmao I had to do the whole deal all over we still sold the car but sold him gap and warranty so we made money off of him. -
