would the blk community benefeit from paying poor people to not have kids

Im not talking about forcing to have abortion or randomless killing people.
but like if we went to bad neighborhoods and just paid the young woman
not to have kids. One of the reason why the crime rate has dropped so dramatically
almost back to 1950's level is because of abortion in the 1975, alot of 20-30 yr olds
males today who would be committing crime were never born.
so if we went into say baltimore and paid woman under the poverty line
not to have children, i think in 10 yrs we could look back and see if the stats were any
better as far as crime and/or education.
of course that means it would be less blk ppl over time
but we could have blk ppl from up and coming developing middle
class countries like nigeria, immigrate to the U.S to make up for the loss
of AA population. just so the pro blk crowd wont scream they tyring to extinct us.
its wortha try,because all these education,welfare,job training, really are not working
they putting a small dent in the problem in places like NY

lol@crime rates being a simple matter of the blacks committing crimes...

well there were poor whites getting abortion as well and that contributed to a decrease in crime.
blk ppl are 12.5 percent of the population and about 35% of all homicides. so technically if there were less poor blks
there would be less crime overall.
I know other racial groups are poor but,Im talking about fixing the blk community.
I dont give a ? about white ppl or latino's -
I dont see the harm in doing it, as long as its voluntary. ? knows there are too many people in the world in general, we're using up too many finite resources. I'm not broke but if the govt paid me to get a vasectomy, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Kids are too much of a headache anyway, I love my freedom more than anything else.
