OT: How come 320 KBPS MP3's sounds like ? on the computer? And 192 KBPS sounds muc

It doesn't make sense, the 320 takes like twice the space...
Anybody knows, I downloaded a bunch of albums that sounds worse than 128 KBPS tbh, and they are of quality, can't my computer handle that good quality or something I don't get it?
I've also had similar problems on youtube where some songs just sound "introverted" and slightly distorted.
And yeah I know this is OT, but there is no COMPUTER-section at least what I've found on these boards and this was the closest to it.

most likely they are not true 320kbps, like most FLAC files out there are not true FLAC, just mp3's upconverted to FLAC.
