Adrenalin levels a little low? In need of some creepy situations and/or jump scares? Well step this way! For here is the trailer to The Devil Inside, a story of possession and underground exorcisms and dodgy looking treatment rooms and some seriously uncool contortions.
The story follows Isabella Rossi (Fernanda Andrade) as she visits her mother, who was incarcerated by the Vatican years before following a triple murder. Isabella, understandably, wants to figure out what happened to her mother, but two priests take her on a series of "unauthorised exorcisms" to show her what goes on. Because mummy is, it appears, possessed, and possession is nine-tenths of the scares.
The Devil Inside is out on February 3, 2012 in the UK, directed by William Brent Bell and also starring Simon Quarterman, Evan Helmuth and Suzan Crowley. Seek it out if you dare - or go seek out something fluffier if it all looks a bit worrying.
