lol I had a lot of fun with part 2 on the DC, shame it never really developed further after that part, they could have build an epic character roster etc, but still I enjoyed part 3 and later 4...lol Leon and Jan leeeeeee son.

most of you cats gotta be experts in the game though, I mean its hard to counter when you can hit low/mid/high,I thought it was a decent fightin game....As if you cats really beat the bosses in the game your first time just countering etc, ? that liquid/android ? whatever it was in part 4 was quite the challenge....lets compare with other games in the genre: I mean Mortal Kombat 9 was the ? /is the ? , but the gameplay wasn't all that complex either, samething can be said for Street Fighter, I mean unless SF4 is your first SF game ever played and you missed out on the 12 previous versions, ? is easy as ? and can be mad predictable.
hell samething can be said for Soul Calibur, I had it on DC , played the ? outta part 2 and 4, think the game is awesome but you seen some part 5 gameplay vids? you telling me you aint see characters pulling of EXACTLY the same moves they did in part 1,2 etc just this time around with a bit more fire/thunder around them? they didn't even change the thorwing physics LMAO....you can say the exact samething for the Tekken series....
Virtua Fighter is mad complex, basically the only fightin game cats can't complain about gameplay wise except for the fact that it isn't fun to play against newcomers/friends that never touched the game...

That's what contributed to it being unique imo. Seem like they basically doing away with everything Itagaki built and just making it a generic ass fighting game -
If Itagaki had his way DOA would be even more fan servicey than it already is.

This is his legacy,typical stupid anime tropes, bouncing ? , and ? with stupid haircuts. As far as fighting games goes its already irrelevant, anything put into the game could probably only make the game better. The greatest thing Itagaki has contributed is ninja gaiden, and team ninja could do those without him. -
