Are u kiddin me...he just became their coach in 2007...led them to finals and conference finals....what they need to do is sit dwight howards ass down..and make him becoem tougher...b/c he could have single handeldly deafted the celts if he was tough....shaq in his prime would have ? on dis celtic team if u replace him with howard....

If you're going to fire a coach you better bring in a Coach right away who wins the Championship right away or it's going to look pretty damn Pointless.....I think he's a Decent coach...i dont think he's a elite coach but i mean damn he's barely even been there and has That team plalying well
Coaches can only do but so much, the players themself have to perform, i mean that ? VC and Rashard did Was embarrassing as ? ....i mean when do some of the players start taking some of the blame? -

bad move. Stan Van has took the Magic team and only improved them. I think alot of it has to do with Dwight complaining to the GM about Stan. Anyone remember last year there was some tension between the two? Didnt they exchange words or somethin like that? Just another reason for me to dislike Howard.
also, I think most of the blame should be on Vince Carter and Rashard Lewis who played like dog ? . -

Stan Van will be coaching again next year or maybe the year after if he wants to take some time off. Orlando beter have a championship coach lined up tho.
Side note ROFL at Matt Barnes saying the magic had their foot on the Celtics throats after game 5. -
stan got ? by the heat because dwayne got injured and now he bout to get ? by the magic because dwight got injured(a burn to the soul to be exact)

At first glance I can't agree with this idea. But then when I think about it SVG has made some pretty ridiculous post season moves that have lost him championships.
Last year Jameer Nelson should've never been given the chance to start when he came back from injury. That move alone cost them the series.
This year, in game 6 he absolutely forgot the reason why he won game 4 and 5. Bench VC and give JJ more minutes. That and the fast tempo was killing the Celtics in the 2 games prior. Game 6, there was no sense of urgency by the Magic. And you absolutely have to find a way to get Rashard Lewis in the game.
These were all bad moves but not enough to get him fired over. Just enough to put him on the hotseat. When you think about it he doesn't COACH. They live and die by the 3 point and Dwight's athleticism. -
No way he should take any of the blame. These ? just dont listen to him and executed poorly. It was all on the players and if anything Otis Smith should get the boot for trading for VC.
