This is a tough one. Jay-Z is one of the most beloved rappers of all time, is a veritable institution in New York, and is on friendly terms with our first black president. In fact, Jay is on good terms with a lot of pretty famous people. Like his friend in Coldplay, Chris Martin. Or his gorgeous, talented wife, Beyonce. Or the moneymaking Roc-a-Fella signee with the weird sunglasses who makes him lots and lots of money. Yeah, Jay-Z has a lot of friends. Now let’s name some people he isn’t friends with. His partner and former friend Dame Dash, who helped him establish Roc A Fella records. Half of his roster at Def Jam, whom he famously neglected, hanging such talents as The Roots and Cam’ron out to dry. In fact, it’s difficult to name someone who Jay is on good terms with who doesn’t make him money, or get him attention from the press. There’s no question that Jigga is in the pantheon of great rappers but his utter disregard for people who can’t do anything for him merits him a spot on this list.

Short people are a little creepy. Short people who make all their money off teenagers are even creepier. And that just about sums up everything Jermaine Dupri has ever done. Oh, and he somehow parlayed that into marrying Janet Jackson, which is more confusing than anything else.
