It's Winter Now Which Officially Means It's Tattoo Season.

I Have No Tattoo's At The Moment But I Have Been Considering Getting Some For Awhile And I Already Know What I Want.

A Pretty Well Known Artist In My Area Offered To Do My Half Sleeve's For A Very Good Deal. Both Of My Arms Will Be Completely Covered With Ink From My Shoulder To A Bit Past My Elbows. My Session Is Next Thursday.

Can Some Of You Give Me Some Of The Pros And Cons Of Having Tattoos?

Also Can Any Of You Guys Share Your Tattoo Experiences With Me?

Well you have enough sense to get them in a spot that can be covered...that's a pro right there.

Yeah It's Better To Get Tatted In The Winter......Because It Allows The Tattoos To Adequately Heal Without The Rigors Of The Summer Sun Light.

Yeah, I was considering full sleeves but I figured I might as well see how I like the half sleeves first.

Not To Mention I doubt I could handle the pain of being tatted on the elbow.

    IM VERY SKINNY.

I think that's a good plan. You doing both arms at once or trying one before you get the other one done?

Just got my 5th one last week

Best advice is to be careful after you get it

Keep it clean...wash with anit bac soap 2x's a day , use A&D ointment afterwards for a couple of days ... then Luberderm lotion

Do not pick at the tat or mess with the scabs

Keep out of sun as much as possible... I agree winter is the best time of year to get a tat

Probably Both At Once If I Can Take All That Pain In One Session.......My Arms Aren't Really That Big So It Isn't That Much Ink Being Put On. Just 3 Separate tattoos on each sleeve and the rest background ? ....I should probably be able to do it in one session....

Believe me no sleeve can be done in one sitting and it's not about being able to take the pain. Unless JJ is thinking of getting a collage of nonsense.

Bunch Of Religious Tats Such As Crosses, Roses, Hearts, Angels, And Inner Arms Tats With Gods On One Arm And Gift On The Other....Its Mainly The Way I designed and placed the tats which will make it so good. The Images Themselves Are Pretty Generic.
