I'm a Deaf gamer, so why can't I camp in MW3?

How stupid is this...ya'll got perks than ENABLE ya'll to hear other people footsteps (and yes also disable) but ? if the UAV is jammed and I'm going be out in the open......................

i thought people who lacked a sense had other senses heightened du to the fact that they use them more...

n i play COD while listenin 2 music which is basically the same as playing deaf and really doesn't make much difference, ive never used sound b4 on a cod game. -
Yeah, I usually keep my volume pretty low and listen to music too. You just need to use visuals more than sounds
