Lookin for new PS3 titles for my collection...

I'm looking to buy more games soon here, within the next month or so. So wondering if I can get recommended some titles. Looking for action/adventure/tactical games and looking around 39.99 or under. Not even looking for new games, they could be quite old for PS3.

HAD KZ2, not anymore. I actually had a grip of good games but money was super tight and trade ins were a must.
