replace 01/03 with Mac....no quarrels with the rest and if by 05, you mean 05-06, thats Kobe EASY
-
So this is thread is more about which player had the best year, not who was the best player?

if a player has the best year, he was the best player -

The majority of that list are players that won MVP in their respective years except for a few exceptions.
-
Wasnt there 2 years where Chris Paul lead the league in assists and steals while putting up 20+ per game?
-
kobe has been the best player in the NBA from 2003-2012

just a question but yall do realize 05-06 season is when Kobe had the 81 point game, 62 in three quarters, 3 straight 50 point games ?

Nash? gtfoh
Kobe: 45% from the field, lowest AST per game in 7 years on a 45 win team.
Nash: 51.2% from the field, 18.8 PPG, a league best 10.5 PPG on a 54 win team despite playing 6 minutes per game less than Kobe.
You can argue Co-MVPs, but that's it. Nobody on a 45 win team should MVP of an NBA season. -
