May I introduce you to Shawn Kemp, JR IV. He was is/was a 4 star recruit and alternate for the McDonald's game. He was recruited by Kentucky but eventually committed to prestigious basketball powerhouse Alabama but
TUSCALOOSA | University of Alabama basketball signee Shawn Kemp Jr. will enroll in Hargrave Military Academy and is expected to re-sign with the Crimson Tide in the April, 2010, signing period, sources said.

Kemp, the 6-foot-9, 235-pound son of NBA all-star Shawn Kemp, did not have an adequate college entrance exam score to qualify for freshman eligibility at Alabama.

then there is Jarrett Payton.

who in 4 years at the U racked up 511 rushing yards and 3 TDs. As you might have guessed, thats enough to get him some looks from some NFL teams. He ran for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns...unfortunately it took him 13 games to reach those totals with the Titans. I assume he has retired.
