I'm sorry I used to have this stereotype on Dominican never learning creole due to the beef, but I guess it's with some of them, not all. -

my godmother is Jamaican so I learned a lil from her and her fam but to meI agree with u ...Yes it suppose to be a different dialect...but not so ...so many different phrases and structure its basically its own language...unlike SC Charleston Gullah were if u listen close enough u can figure out what they saying unless they purposely trying to juke u -
