Record yourself doing the following:
Swallow a small non-hazardous object that is securely fastened to a coil of high test fishing line.
Slowly swallow little bits of line throughout your day while the object passes through your system.
? the object out and cut it off the line.
Pull the line back out through your mouth.
*Alternate ending. Tie the ? out end of the line to a cinder block and throw it off a cliff.
Now somebody go do it.
