I never cared for Channing Tatum's looks or acting, not into strippers either... and I'm a woman.
However, aside from some cliches... the movie/direction & acting was all very good. & getting great reviews.
The description is exactly that... it's the lifestyle. Fitting for it's target audience, but enough for everyone to enjoy.
funny/raunchy-humor, Female nudity, Olivia Munn is beautiful, no front shots swinging in every frame, no overly dramatic or sappy love story.
A good movie, is a good movie... anyone can appreciate that.

Set in the world of male strippers, Magic Mike is directed by Steven Soderbergh and stars Channing Tatum in a story inspired by his real life.
