On FPS games what sensitivity yall using?

I usually keep mine at default. Maybe 1 notch higher, i see vids of kids playing and using a hella high sensitivity, that ? would be impossible for me man. When i try that ? i always turn further than i have to then get capped. ? me the hell off..

I've tried to play it on 10 once.. I would barely touch the analog and I would 360.. -
