It makes rethink your entire life
In a good way
Like when every filthy thing has literally left your body, you immediately feel the need to rid yourself of all fuckshit

I was gon make one today bour datin a stripper...I might still....Other than that, I actually can't remember the last one I didn't make...I make random threads wit no ? given...Word to this thread...

So it's a liquid fast with where you drink juice from raw veggies and fruit
Most of the recipes have kale in it, you might add raw honey to sweeten it
But no processed sugar or protein powder
Just juice and water
It literally cleared my sinuses, mind and my ass
I think I'll do it twice a year -

EDIT: usually whenever I refrain from posting a thread it's usually because I don't feel like I'm knowledgeable about the subject to talk about it quite yet.
