Tommy Lister has got himself into some serious trouble. Sources confirmed Friday afternoon that he will plead guilty in federal court for conspiring to commit mortgage fraud. The reports say a great deal for Tommy Lister who bought a $2.5 million home in 2010.

TMZ has confirmed that Tommy Lister will confess to conspiring a mortgage fraud scheme that he and his co-conspirators were involved in. Lister and his associates acquired mortgages worth $5.7 million and defaulted on all four of them. In the end, the lenders were scammed out of $2.6 million.

Lister withdrew an additional $1.1 million in loans that he never paid back. For swindling the banks for $3.8 million, Tommy "Tiny" Lister, commonly known as Deebo on Friday could spend up to five years in a federal prison after his first court appearance in September.

Tommy Lister might have been smart but clearly consequences weren't on his mind. The former wrestler bought a $2.5 million home in Calabasas, California back in 2010. The luxury-sized English-Tudor house came with a home theater and a spa-like bathroom.

Perhaps Tommy was getting greedy or he thought he could get away with it. Either way, a possible five year sentence in prison might give him some time to think about his actions.
