Did anyone get Pokemon B/W 2 or download it as a rom?

Saw it at EB Games the other day. I haven't touched a pkmn game in over a year now. I'm curious to know how this one is. I like the series but there isn't much of a competitive circuit for it in Canada.
In Pokemon Black/White they had online battling, problem was that it was random. Don't know if they changed it in b/w 2, I haven't read anything about the game.

can you play multi online with any emulators?

IGN gave it a 9.6 or something...Haven't played through a Pokemon game since Gold/Silver...I think I may have played Ruby/Sapphire...
