and its amazing how if you go to a bar where everyone is supposed to be over 21 and you pick up a chick and hook up and she happens to be underaged..you can get charged like you picked her up at a kindergarten dance or osmething...

Happened to my cousin. He was in the Marines & stationed out in AZ. Met a chick at a bar 1 night & assumed she was 21 so he smashed. Her parents found out & pressed charges. Once they knew the whole story they dropped the charges but the state picked em up. He got discharged & had to 90 days in AZ before he came home. Got 5 years probation & had to register as a sex offender SMH.

How is she gonna talk about her daughter lying about her age...and then get mad at ? and want them prosecuted just because they thought her daughter was over 18?
It's not their fault that her daughter lied about her age.
As long as they didn't have sex with her it shouldn't even be a problem.
