Hist best statistical season was 2009...so no. The last year he looked like himself was the 1st season of the big 3 which was 2010-2011.

Wade seriously needs to develop his perimeter game, he is already losing his lift.

    Not even 10 games..

you didnt think this through because Lebron stans will flip this and act as if the 20 whatever Wade scores a game makes him Jarred Jefferies..

Lol funny thing is that it's not only Lebron stans doing that, just look at the NBA thread.

I don't agree with the years listed. I don't see how his rookie year can be included in his prime years. I would say 2005 to 2011. After that he started to defer to Lebron way too much on some self-ether ? , and his athleticism started to slide a little bit which affected his game tremendously because all he does is slash to the hole and try to draw fouls.

Btw why is this thread worthy? A 5,6 year prime is pretty standard. I think you meant to say, Wade was only superstar level for a period of time.

In that case, he does fall pretty short, but dun isn't an all-time great like that. He's just a good player in the grand scheme of things.

All in all, to compare Wade to Kobe is unfair because Wade's just not on that level. Kobe is a GOAT contender, so of course he's going to make the competition look weak. Kobe's so consistently good that he's outlasting so-called superstars from his generation and the generation after.

    Regular season
Year Team GP GS MPG FG% 3P% FT% RPG APG SPG BPG PPG

    2009–10 Miami 77 77 36.3 .476 .300 .761 4.8 6.5 1.8 1.1 26.6
    2010–11 Miami 76 76 37.1 .500 .306 .758 6.4 4.6 1.5 1.1 25.5

    Nah, I'd say 05-11.

it looks like the general consensus is that his prime was very short and that he is on his decline. who knows he could turn it around if he develops a mid range game which most likely will happen.
