dont feel like looking it up.. but i always wondered that... they grabbed shaq in 92 then cwebb in 93 swap him to GS for penny.. how the hell they get two #1 picks back to back?

It was pure luck they had the least chance of winning the lottery cuz they almost made the playoffs and bacc then it was way less lottery ? now its damn near 4x as many today it would be a .5% chance of doing that

i think its more about if you know your role as a player who is no longer in his prime, then you might be able to find a team.
