The reason it broke is because its cold outside.
The cold temperature slows downs molecules
causing the elasticity of the exercise band to be
greatly reduced, under stress it snaps.
I broke two jump ropes last winter because I wanted to get
in during low temp, pavement cut through the ropes. -

i figured as much. i was using them to work my handspeed in conjunction with a make shift double end bag.
supported it with my weight bench, bout 3 minutes into my workout, im getting whipped wondering what the ? going on.
you have any experience with them adjustable weighted ropes? im looking to cop one, i already got a cloth one, leather one and a latex one... just need a weighted one.
Not with adjustable weighted ropes, but ropes with the weights in the handles.
That was the one I broke too. ? expensive at Sports Authority.
Man to work on hand speed you just need to punch with repetition.
Weights dont increase speed just endurance. Get two 3lb dumb bells
and just do punches with them. Out front of your body, nothing forceful
just light work, do that for rounds.
Work on your punches per round as well. You should be workin yourself
up to throwing 400 punches per round in practice on a bag. Same thing with kicks.
Stand in front of a heavy bag and do alternating front kicks. ? will have you burnin. -

hunh.
coach told me that band ? helps with speed.
coach also in my weightclass for GG.... this ? man...
nah mayne. You should be in the gym. For every round in the fight you
train six on the bag. If its GG you should be puttin in work on the heavy
bag and the double end bag gettin your slip game up.
You should also have somebody holdin mitts for you everyday at the gym, preferably
your coach to see where you are deficient, shore it up. Practice slippin
duckin footwork and combinations. You should be able to just free flow with the
hands just throwin combos. Always think in combos breh 5-8 punches deep.
Every punch is a question.
Damn I miss mbein in the gym. I havent trained in over a year. SMFH
