I think lil Ke Ke is so overlooked its not even funny. When Houston had its run a few years ago he should have been a star

Keke had already had his time by the time houston was on & even tho I feel like he was better around that time, he really wasn't putting no music out.
But to answer the question, killa kyleon & propain get overlooked

Cats like "He aiight..." I was floored. SMH... ? was tragic man. He should've blown up off that album. Everything you needed to be successful at the time was on the jawn...

Lol I went to orchard ? with 4 Bad, Tre 80, & Peanut
Buckwild from 4 Bad use to put them hands on ? in middle school & high school.
Buckwild & Lil Marc was in the same grade as me. Frank Frank & GJ was a grade ahead
Tre 80 was in my grade too. Peanut from Hilltop (Avondale) & stayed around the corner where I grew up at. Plus me & my home boy trying to put some money behind him. Its really me, my home boy, Peanut & this ? name C-Fetti (home boy cousin) all putting our money together to shake something here -

Oh yea Peanut gotta new mixtape coming out. That ? snapping on that shss.
Big Vinnie be snapping but I feel he haven't shown growth.
If I had the millionaire bread, I'll sign 4 Bad.
I haven't heard Lil Rell since Wile Out, even tho Glock Total was my shss on that lil demo. Last time I heard from him was when GJ from 4 Bad beat em up at the club -
Co-sign ray cash album being dope as ? . I remember when "sex appeal" first dropped I was like cool, dope single then I listened to the album just for the ? of it. "She a G" and "I'm gettin" still my ? to this day.

Im from Columbus but Ray Cash was slept on. That C.O.D. is a classic. If he would of been on a better record label. Def Jam, Interscope etc he wouldv of blew up. So many classics on that album

I'm not from Texas, but I like H-Town music.
Z-Ro and Devin the Dude shoulda blown up 10 years ago, but being stuck on Rap-A-Lot and not getting their ? promoted hurt them when they were in their prime years.
Devin the Dude was Wiz Khalifa before Wiz Khalifa with much more talent then Wiz in my opinion.
K-Rino is another rapper from the Houston area that shoulda been blown up.
K-Rino spits more politically conscious and socially conscious subject matter that casual fans don't check for as much as true hip hop fans but K's word play, rhyme scheme, and use of literally devices is unparalleled.
In my area (North Louisiana) it's this little guy named Lil Snupe that Meek Mill just signed the little cat isn't exactly my cup of tea but I don't knock his hustle and I hope he does big things.
There is a video of him on world star out dueling with Michael Vick's rapper in some underground rap battle and winning like $10,000.
