Short question for the thread:
Do you ? always pay for the girl at the movies, or sometimes, or what?
Backstory that makes me ask the question:
Hit a chick up like u tryna go see Django? She like, yeah.
We get there and shes in front of me and when cashier's like "next" she kinda hesitated and looked back at me.
So I walk past, "one for django please". No ? given.
Chick is like a 7 on a good day, I haven't really tried hard to smash, dont know her that well, just wanted to go see django wit someone.
She thinks im in the wrong.
? that.
It's not that I don't have the money... i just know you start paying for ? she gon expect you to pay for everything. I aint having it.

I pay. Whether it's a friend or someone i'm interested in. I pay, or at least offer to pay at the least, b/c girls talk.
I'm not trying to talk to a girl down the road only to find out she talked to some girl i know from before who was offended I didn't pay for a ticket.
You're not paying for her. You're paying for your reputation. At least that's how i see it. -

Yeah...I mean, when I initiate some ? like that...I pretty much assume I'm payin unless we establish otherwise beforehand...If she initiates, she should assume the same...Now if I offer to pay, and she says "I got mine, it's okay"...She just might get her ? ate...

If you ask a lady out because you are showing interest you should pay. If you ask her out as a friend SHE should pay. She was hesitant cuz she was raised right ? Eventually somebody gonna end up, wanted to end up, or ALMOST ended up ? ...So yes when a female is asked out she naturally assumes the guy is interested. I know I aint never asked no ugly ? to go to the movies with me. -

This ain't the day and age of bringing fruits and jewelry to a ? 's father to trade for his daughter (not in the US anyway). 2 working adults should be able to afford there own entertainment, unless she truly just ain't want to go and is just doing it for you - or like ? said, if you just straight up offer to trick pay. -

That's fine. But you can't be shocked she expected him to pay. I've been to the movies who I wasn't trying to ? . They was just my people. Hit 'em with the 'And I hope you don't think I'm paying and ? ! Na son!'

Idk how to feel about this . Like chicken legs said ,? should of been disscussed at least. And other posters made great points.
