when Def Jam was in thier prime late90s-early00s they 3 biggest artist were JayZ, DMX, Ja Rule.
From about 98-03 these 3 guys released classic albums, made major hits, and sold numeroud records. With everything considered, were they the best Big 3 in the game ever?? If not who better and why ??

only BIG 3 i can think of is Snoop, Pac, & Dre but that was short lived and could been greater than what it was. and Dre doesnt write his own ? and aint looked at as a rapper.

i thought of them too but they were short lived. 95-96 was thier only time frame together. Snoop released mediocore Doggfather, Dre didnt put out an album around this time, but Pac was dropping countless gems tho
so thats like Pac vs Jay,X,Ja by himself lmao.

Death Row had the most impressive roster. Also I think Babyb is an unfairly underated CEO Cash Money / Young Money sales can rival The Rocs
