This can either break a man or make a man... This isn't the average man this is the Ultimate Warrior, the Wolverine, the Black Mamba Kobe Bryant... This has to be the fuel of all fuels for Kobe usually but him becoming the older, already looking towards retirement Kobe what do you expect from the most random athlete ever going forward in the next year and going forward...

Kobe ? out next year, signs another contract extensionKobe will retire after next year, will not regain his mojo again

He's about to be 35.I know he's a father figure to you groupies but he's not super human or ? This injury will take the athleticism he still had left away and change his game he wont be able to lift on jumpers or take off on drives it's his left foot too. This same injury ended Zeke's career
Don't know what kobe will do -
Kobe in the future a more skilled
at worst

Sean Deveney: Surgeon says Kobe could be back in 6 mos if AT is torn:"I would guess he would be on the short end of the recovery rather than the long end"
Sean Deveney: Still, more likely Kobe timeline is 9-12 mos: "For someone playing at the level that Kobe plays at, you’d expect it to be nine months."
Sean Deveney: Dr says Kobe may lose 1-2 in off his vert. When he returns:"80% is realistic, could be 90% bc of how hard he works. It won’t be 100% though”
Arash Markazi: Kobe will be back but he always said he'd retire if he couldn't play at an elite level. Doesn't want to comeback and be a shell of himself.
Sam Amico: NBA doctor on Kobe return from Achilles tear: "At 24 (yrs old), I'd say 8 months would be highly optimistic. At 34 ... man, I don't know."

this end Barkleys and Shaqs career also so they just said on espn.
with that said this injury will change up Kobe's whole game his its his take off leg so he wont have that lil bit of burst he had left.
Im pretty sure Kobe wont get that 6 but im sure he'll come back just to pass mike in points -

and y'all tried to say my movement was dead!!!! ha -
Kobe can do what he wantsIt depends on how much help they get him (on the wing in particular). If they surround him with injury prone, used to be named players aka his current situation, he will retire after he finishes his contract. Trying to carry a team like that is too stressful for him at this point in his career. Dude shouldn't be playing the 1,2, and 3 in his 17th year in the league.
If they get him a star PG or even a star SF who can actually create get their own shot, AND guard other wing players, then he'll play a little longer since he won't be forced to put in 40+ minutes a game and bail them out every game.
They need to scrap Nash, Gasol, Artest, and Jamison and get some young players in there. If they're going to keep D'Antoni as the coach, they need to let him okay certain players before they pick them up (unless they're a star player). -
He said he didn't want to stick around and avg 20 points a game. If thats the case he needs to hang up his sneaks ? he won't be doing any better than that and I personally don't want to watch a shell of Kobe.

Kobe is never the same again, Chauncey-LevelMods deleting Kobe injury threads so lets see how long this will stay up, lol.
Back on topic, it's over... Kobe's career is done...Laker's run is done. Antwaun Jamison will be the leading scorer on the Lakers next yr... -
He will be ok, Tim Grover already has the Deer Antler extract shipping in....
